The Counseling Collective, PLLC strives to provide quality counseling and mental health services at affordable rates.  Clients are asked to remit payment at the time service.  We accept cash, checks, or most major credit cards.  Clients also have the convenient option of keeping a credit card on-file to use each session.

Please Note the following Rates starting January 2024:

The following are rates for services not billed through insurance:

*Intake Assessment  (60 minutes in length): $200.00

*Individual Therapy (60 minutes in length): $180.00

*Individual Therapy (45 minutes in length): $165.00

*Family/Couples Therapy (45 minutes in length): $175.00

*Safe and Sound Protocol cannot be billed to insurance.  The cost per 30 minute session is $45.00.

*Counseling Interns: $45.00 per session (cannot be billed to insurance)

*Please Contact Us for rates on a Sliding Scale and if you will not be utilizing insurance.

***Please note these rates may not be accurate as it is based upon your individual insurance policy.  

Cancellation Policy:   When you book an appointment, this spot is reserved specifically for you. Please contact us as soon as you know you will be unable to attend a scheduled session. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice (except in case of an emergency), there is a cancellation charge of $50.00.
