**Please Note: We now have three suites which are in three separate buildings. When you are scheduled with a therapist, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE CORRECT BUILDING AND SUITE NUMBER. All of our offices are located in the Heritage Office Complex in Wake Forest, NC.
